Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss has been a country artist for more than 30 years. She was born in Decatur, Illinois on the 23rd July 1971. LeAnne Kymes was among the two the youngest Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer-songwriter and bluegrass country musician. Her birth date was the 23rd of July 1971. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the world of music and was a winner of local contests from the age of 10 of age and recording her first album when she was 14 years. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. After that, she was asked to be a part of Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings with. The first album she released as a collective with this group came out in 1989.
