Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as the best athlete in sport. The 2016 Olympics were held at Rio de Janeiro and Biles was the U.S.'s only female gymnast ever to win 4 gold medals. She also claimed the title of world champion for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles as well as her sister Adria as well as her brother Ronald Biles were adopted as children by the grandparents of Houston. Simone first became interested in gymnastics while she was only six years old. The coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went for a field trip. Biles was awarded a gold medal in the floor and bronze in vault at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the top level of competition in the year 2011. Biles was a dominant athlete less than two year later.
