Angela Sun
Angela Sun is an American journalist television presenter sportscaster and documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. Her degree is in Sociology and Communication from the University of California. Sun was an excellent surfer and took part in many pro-am surf contests. This led her to receive sponsorship from major companies like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, and others. Recognition she gained from this acted like a slingshot to propel her into the world of entertainment. In the future, she would go to be a filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun has been employed by a variety of news networks, mostly as anchor. In 2003, Sun was an Fox Sports Net reporter. In addition, she co-hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. She was the first Asian American to have her name featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun's acting talents have brought her fame. She was a part of films such as Goliath (2016), The Floor (2014-2016), Floor(2014-2016) The Perfect Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) as well as Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun has produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
