Sharp learned to play the clarinet, piano and cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. Sharp's love for theater during her high school years brought her to Boston Conservatory, where she received the scholarship. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp's first focus was the stage. She was part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp was also in Abyssinia and Aida as well as Thunder Knockin Jitney and The Producers. She was even a read of August Wilson's Come and Gone. In addition to her work on the screen and stage, Sharp has several other creative projects that she's co-written or written. An entire recording is on the way. Sharp also is still singing. Sharp enjoys fitness. She keeps herself fit through training in boxing, learning Krav Maga, and taking long trips on the road. Sharp reside in Los Angeles, California with her family.
