Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Her most well-known role is the anchor of the CNN morning program At This Hour. She previously co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage of both the presidential and 2012 elections. Bolduan worked as an Washington DC-based correspondent for the congressional reporting on activities of Congress, the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was the Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar, including events like the debates to increase the federal credit limit as well as the debates of the super committee. As general assignment reporters she's covered events such as that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare.
